If the required information is not provided within the specified timeframe prior to the shipment and delivery of the product, the company will not be held responsible for misunderstandings or inconveniences related to the receipt of the order.

All product prices are listed in Colombian pesos and include the applicable taxes in accordance with current regulations.

We accept payments through the following platforms. Payments must be completed prior to the shipment of the order to ensure timely processing.

For orders under the cash-on-delivery option, the full payment must be made immediately upon delivery of the order.

An estimated delivery time will be provided upon completing the purchase. This estimate may vary by up to 2 hours, depending on availability and the schedule on the day of delivery. The customer must confirm the availability of the desired delivery time in our schedule when placing the order.

Shipping costs will be calculated during the checkout process and added to the total order amount. The shipping cost varies depending on the city or neighborhood within the coverage area, which can be selected when entering the delivery address.

If the correct city or neighborhood corresponding to the delivery address is not selected, the customer will need to pay any additional shipping costs incurred. In the case of a credit balance, arrangements will be made with the customer to include additional items in the order of equivalent value to the credit.

In cases where an incorrect delivery time or date has been provided, or the recipient is absent, requiring a new delivery, the following conditions will apply:

• The customer will be required to pay the full cost of the items and the delivery fee for any additional delivery attempts.
• If an incorrect time or date for delivery was omitted or provided, the customer will assume responsibility and must pay the full cost of the items.
• If a new delivery is required due to the recipient’s absence, the items will not be eligible for return or replacement.

Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the transaction. For payments made via savings accounts, the buyer’s account number and identification document will be required. These details must be sent to info@amazinggiftlove.com.

Refunds will be processed within 3 business days. Please note that additional time may be required for your credit card or bank account to reflect the transaction, depending on your bank.

In our firm commitment to customer satisfaction, we guarantee the delivery of our products in perfect condition and as per the images and agreements established during the transaction. We apply this warranty to fully replace the product or replace specific elements that do not meet the conditions established if found defective at the time of delivery.

If the company considers it beneficial to share photographs of recipients at the time of delivery through its communication networks, explicit consent will be requested first through WhatsApp, email, or other agreed methods to ensure responsible and respectful image use.
