4. Delivery Policy
In cases where the recipient of the arrangement or gift is not present at the delivery location and there is no option to leave the order with another person designated by the buyer, the following conditions will apply:
- If no alternative person is available to receive the order at the time of delivery, the courier will return the order to the point of origin.
- If a new delivery is required due to the recipient’s absence, the buyer must make a new payment for the delivery service.
- The courier will wait a maximum of 15 minutes upon arrival at the specified address (with photographic evidence). If the delivery cannot be completed within this time due to the aforementioned conditions, the order will be returned to the store.
- It is important to note that in situations where the recipient’s absence prevents delivery, no refund will be issued. If the company has adhered to the specified delivery times, terms, and maintained the product’s integrity, it will be considered that the company has satisfactorily fulfilled the purchase conditions.
In Case of Errors in Delivery Time, Date, or Recipient Absence:
In cases where an incorrect delivery time or date has been provided, or the recipient is absent, requiring a new delivery, the following conditions will apply:
The customer will be required to pay the full cost of the items and the delivery fee for any additional delivery attempts.
If an incorrect time or date for delivery was omitted or provided, the customer will assume responsibility and must pay the full cost of the items.
If a new delivery is required due to the recipient’s absence, the items will not be eligible for return or replacement.

Confirmation of Dispatch and Delivery:
As part of our standard procedure, the company will send photographs confirming both the dispatch of the order and its delivery to the recipients.
Delivery Medium:

Opt-Out Option:
If the buyer wishes to omit this step, they must explicitly notify us through our contact channels.

6. Return and Refund Policy

If a duplicate purchase or payment is made with identical product details, delivery address, and other components, we will refund the amount of one of the transactions.
