Shipping and Delivery Process

When filling out the purchase form, we will ask for an estimated delivery time within a two-hour window. According to our schedule, we will deliver the order within that time. Before leaving, we will send you a confirmation photo, and also when we deliver the order.

Yes, the shipping costs will be calculated during the checkout process and added to the total order amount. The shipping cost varies depending on the city or neighborhood within our service area, which can be selected when providing the delivery address.

If the customer does not select the correct neighborhood or city corresponding to the delivery address, they will be required to pay the additional cost, if any. In the case of a credit balance, arrangements will be made with the customer to include additional items in the order equivalent to the credit amount.

In situations where the recipient of the arrangement or gift is not present at the delivery location and there is no option to leave the order with someone designated by the buyer, the following conditions will apply:
♥ If at the time of delivery there is no option to leave the order with a designated person, the delivery driver will return the order to the point of origin.
♥ If a new delivery is required due to the recipient’s absence, the buyer must make an additional payment for the delivery service.

The delivery person will wait a maximum of 15 minutes from the time of arrival at the specified address (with photographic proof). If the delivery cannot be completed within this time due to the mentioned circumstances, the order will be returned to the store.
It is important to note that in situations where the recipient’s absence results in the inability to complete the delivery, the return of the order will not apply. If the company has adhered to the stipulated schedules, delivery terms, and product integrity, it will be considered that the company has satisfactorily fulfilled the conditions of the purchase.

Returns, Guarantees, and Refunds

In the case of a duplicate purchase or payment, with identical product characteristics, delivery address, and other components, the value of one of the transactions will be refunded. The refund will be made to the same payment method used in the transaction. For payments made through a savings account, the buyer’s account details and identification document will be required. If, upon setting a specific date on the agenda by mutual agreement, there is any noncompliance on the part of our company and the order has not been delivered, considering the estimated delivery time policy, a refund or additional gift will be offered if an agreement is reached.
For those requesting a refund, it will be processed using the same payment method used in the transaction. For payments made via savings account, the buyer’s account information and identification document will be required. These details must be sent to info@amazinggiftlove.com.

Refunds will be processed within 3 business days. Please note that any additional time required for your credit card or account to reflect the transaction will depend on the corresponding bank.
